"Avoid Avoid Avoid"

Please don’t use this company. It’s like daylight robbery.
You pay a fixed price upfront. They arrive and, surprise surprise, can’t do it without their specialist tools! The engineer calls head office - then you get the call to say it will be 10 times the original amount (£1200 to unblock a drain!). The engineer then waits on site while the company repeatedly call (back to back!) to force a decision. Remember you’ve already paid a fixed price, they’re standing there and repeatedly calling you.
4 weeks later, exactly the same problem. Called them back - same issue so ‘free of charge’ - until it wasn’t. Then, again, another couple of calls from head office telling me the engineer would not leave until payment was made - even though they’d already emailed the invoice and I hadn’t even had a chance to open it yet! I’d also only agreed to the work as it was ‘free of charge’! Imagine if this was a vulnerable person! I explained that it was exactly the same problem (for which they had already received pretty handsome payment) and couldn’t have been a separate issue - but the clearly train their staff to intimidate people.
I would never use these people again.

so i called these plumbers to fix the flush on my toilet.they were incapable of doing that and after parting with £354 the flush still wasnt working.they said theyd fix it for another £245 plus vat.you couldnt make it up.i gave them a really bad review and i had to get a real plumber to fix it.the real plumber took out the bit of plastic that the cowboy plumber had put in and replaced it with a proper part.toilet is now working great.he also unclogged my basin in bathroom for free.he was here for less than half an hour.the cowboy plumber was here for hours and still didnt fix it.do not trust these people with your plumbing theyll rip you off and charge you the earth

"Easy Process, great service"

Very easy, called up, confirmed someone was in our area and they would be here within 2 hours. A later call to confirm who would be coming and time they would be here.

Wayne arrived and was polite and respectful, taking his shoes off before going upstairs. Wayne was informative and through with his investigation of our issues and resolved them quickly. Highly recommend the company and Wayne.
