"Absolutely fantastic experience"

Absolutely fantastic experience! From very beginning to the very end. Firstly, the call was answered promptly, and the service request registered. We were given the expected wait time. Later, timely communication that narrowed down the time window. The engineer was on time, gathered all the information, explained the options, the chances of success, consulted the office, and proceeded with the repair. Once the repair was done, then tested with us several times if the repair was successful. Once all was done, we promptly received the payment information, the invoice. A nice touch is a folllowup call to gather our feedback and opinion on the experience. All very professional!!! Probably best service experience I ever had in the UK.

Fast and excellent in pocketing your money and do little or nothing.
Called in for our Car park rain water gullies blocked.
engineer came on appointed time spot on .
But was unable to do the job and said they cannot do anything ,as it is too big for them and gave wrong advice too,to call thames water. The truth is Thames water donot attend rain water gullies no matter public or private.
Took the money Pounds 168.0 for doing nothing and advicing wrong.
This is day light robbery taking hefty amount just for a five minute visit to say the above.

"SCAMMERS"

SCAMMERS! Gave a quote of £140 excl VAT, plumber didnt come on first day so agreed to next day. Looked for literally 20 seconds at our drain, he then rang his boss and we were then quoted £395 to jet wash. They are misleading and do not give clear breakdown of costings. The plumber then asked if we wanted to go ahead cash in hand for a cheaper price with him. We cancelled the job. Absolute cowboys!

"First Class Service"

Needed a plumber on a Sunday to sort out issue with leak in downstairs loo. Cameron arrived within 2 hours of me phoning and spotted the problem immediately - broken pipe by stopcock which was spraying out water. Very helpful, efficient and informative. Office staff were also very efficient in keeping me informed about what was happening and payment system was smooth and trouble-free. For a call-out at the weekend to fix what could have been a very expensive problem, I would rate this as excellent value for money and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Had a plumbing emergency at my property in sevenoaks,the engineer liased with both myself and my tenant,and thus,was there in a reasonable time and got my issue rectified,the price was as expected given the service from both the office and the engineer and yes,I will be using again,10/10,would recommend

My bathroom toilet was leaking, with water seeping down wall to lower floors. It needed urgent fixing. I found PM247 online. They were able to send an engineer faster than I expected. He was excellent,diagnosing the problem right away. The job required replacement parts, which were among a big range that he carried with him. Fixing the problem involved taking a lot of things apart, but everything was put back perfectly when it was done. The engineer and admin service were excellent. The cost — agreed after diagnosis but before work started — was reasonable for such an emergency.
