Great service, kwik fit refused to even attend, so contacted these guys and what a great service, Adam the fitter was apologetic for being a touch late (I was parked on a dirt track near work) and once he found where I was he got straight into the job and was done within 15 mins. Thanks again adam

"Premium service yes - 3 times the cost for budget tyres?"

My wife was down south and had a puncture in my car. The technician eventually turned up and after struggling to inflate the tyre she was on her way. £250 was very steep charge as I had just replaced the two front two weeks earlier for less with two mid range tyres. Having experienced other retailers on a Sunday only having super premium tyres on a Sunday I was expecting to see a premium tyre fitted alas I was wrong a budget tyre had been fitted instead, If you then look at their regular service it’s about £85 for a similar tyre so triple charge for a Sunday early afternoon. I rang and complained but received a broken record response of what a great service - may be one for trading standards as whilst I think a premium is ok triple the normal charge is in my view taking the proverbial. Time to consider a space saver I think!

"Ridiculously expensive"

Ridiculously expensive! £350 for a budget tyre!! Was supposed to be a run flat, now I have to have it replaced again. Fitter then tried to charge me extra £10 on top of what I was supposed to be paying. Only reason I paid them was because I was on a weekend break and had not other choice.

It was more disappointing that I had informed the issue what I faced during my recovery service. It was informed to me that boss well give me a call now it's 3 days no response.

The recovery guy damaged my car paint in a particular area. When I informed him he started shouting, very abusive, saying. When I informed him that il information this to company, he said he will remove the type which was put. It was very difficult situation. Rather then paying so much to manage the situation. This has been notice by other member who were in the car.

I have sent the photo also on the Watsapp to inform the situation and it was informed someone will call and sort out this no answer

Late in the afternoon at very short notice I needed 2 new front tyres and a puncture repair to a rear tyre. I needed the tyres this evening for an onward journey. I was able to select my choice of tyres and a time slot from early evening the same day. I was phoned and given an earlier time of arrival which was very pleasing. The tyres were quickly replaced and repaired on my drive by a friendly technician.If you’re in a situation whereby you need tyres urgently I would use this business again.

Shockingly expensive, it seems they made the price up based on what they thought you could pay. £200 for a puncture.

Fantastic service!, stuck on the M4 late Saturday evening, AA & RAC no help with ridiculous assist times. Found tyre buddy on Google advertising 24hr service with up to 45mins service. They were bang on time. Very friendly operator and tyre fitter. Would definitely recommend.

Found this company on-line on a Bank Holiday Saturday evening. I rang the number not really expecting an answer. Within a hour, a friendly engineer had visited, taken away my old popped tyre and fitted a new one. Excellent service where the timings they gave were honoured and the service was as advertised. Would definitely use again.
