After running a flat I called Mobile Tyre Buddy for a new tyre. The fitter was very friendly once he arrived and I was back on the road relatively quickly. However, 5 minutes later, while on the motorway the exact same tyre had blown so I called the fitter directly and he was back with me within 20 minutes. He deduced that there must be something sticking out around my wheel that has shredded the side of the tyre so getting another fitted could be a waste of money. We arranged for a recovery vehicle to take me home and the fitter kindly waited with me until he arrived. My vehicle was checked out at the garage who found absolutely nothing wrong with it. They said that the damage to my tyre was caused by driving on it while insufficiently inflated. I reported this back to Mobile Tyre Buddy who have rejected any liability and accused me of driving over something (even though there is no damage to the tyre except on the side where it has blown and really, what are the odds of me damaging the exact same tyre five minutes after setting off again) All I wanted was a refund on the tyre that I got 5 minutes of use out of. So, what should have been a simple tyre change ended up costing me over £600 in recovery vehicles and garage expenses. Also I was told a manager would contact me when I complained, two weeks later I've heard nothing.

In conclusion, I guess they're great if nothing goes wrong. Otherwise, they will accept zero responsibility and you'll be out of pocket by hundreds of pounds.

Phone this company at 10am they say they will be within 60 minutes 1hr 20 minutes later they phoned and said we needed a deposit before we can come out paid the deposit. I explained I had an appointment at 12pm which I could not miss 12pm still no show.
Didn’t even offer a good will discount for the inconvenience!!
