So yes this last order it has taken 4 days and it still isn't prepared yet but I've also ordered from them a few times in the past and it would get to my house within 4 days so I'm sure everything that is taking a while like a lot of other people say it's because of the holiday and the whole 2020 BS. I'm not really that worried yet seeing as I've trusted them in the past and they have been great so even if I have to wait a little bit I'm still saving some money but it's not all their fault well update a review if it takes a super long time though just so you all know.****UPDATE I just called customer service and got a hold of them right away and the man said that my order has been shipped today it just hasn't been updated by USPS yet so yeah all you guys with the bad reviews relax you guys are ordering around the holidays everything is going to take a while around the holidays but definitely five stars!

I realize that USPS is at a standstill but this company's lack of customer service is infuriating and for that reason alone they get one star. You can't just ghost customers people want reassurance and acknowledgement my order was in transit now it has reverted to never received by USPS and it seems that vape society has just decided they can't handle their customer service, the most important part of any business. Will avoid in the future

For everyone who is rating this company with 1 star because you placed an order in November or December 2020 and your merchandise hasn't arrived yet, are you not aware that USPS is insanely backed up all over the country? Everyone I know has been waiting weeks for deliveries coming from all over, from all DIFFERENT companies. You are driving this company's overall ratings down because of a holiday/covid USPS issue. Yes, perhaps their customer service could be addressing these issues, but I'm sure they are at a loss, like many small business. Everyone needs to take a chill pill and Google "Why is USPS taking so long," and you'll all get some answers.

Ordered Dec 2nd still haven’t received products. Emailed 3 times, no response! Scam website! Don’t order from this site! I’ve wasted 60.00 on their site.

Placed an order on November 26. Still have not received my order or any response from their customer service. It has been almost four weeks. DO NOT order from this company.

Made order on 1st of December. Says it shipped on December 7th. Its the 16th and it has never left Nevada. I don't believe it was shipped at all. No response when you email them. Do not buy from this company. I see where I am not the only person having an issue with them. Terrible customer service. Doesnt matter what the price is if you never receive the product.

"Not a scam but no where near fair for 2020"

I had no issues with the site and the ordering process. The only issue was when it came time to send my order. Due to low stock they couldn't meet my order and instead of asking how to resolve the issues, like most other companies, they decided to only send part of my order but in doing so increased the price per product. I asked them to setup a full refund but all they did was ask for additional picture of the order, even though I explained I wanted the full order refunded. After that I got a bit busy and to my surprise they closed the ticket. Realistically it was under 2 bucks difference but hell when you are shopping for the best price point 2 bucks is a big deal. I wouldn't use this site just based off the fact that they collected my phone number but couldn't be bothered to call me first.
