This company takes at least 2 weeks to get product to you. It took 3 days just to prepare product for shipping for some reason. Dont expect it fast. I dont understand these reviews that say super fast. Totally false.

"Perfect transaction"
I ordered a 2/$20 salt nic bundle from VSS before I read the reviews on trustpilot and was very scared that I would never see my order, but my experience was completely smooth and timely. I placed the order on Nov9, it was marked shipped on Nov12 and delivered Nov16.
Regardless of other experiences on this site, mine was perfect. I would order from them again no worry.

They stole over 60$ from me last year, when I bought juice and never received it. I contacted them repeatedly on social media, email and phone number. NEVER received a reply. I've never had this happen in my life. I paid and they just stole my money. So crazy. Check out BBB. They have a horrible reputation. I have no idea how their still functioning. Report them everywhere you can. Theives are the lowest of the low. So disturbing and disgusting. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS.

I would also give these cowboys a zero. Don't be drawn in by their prices. Do not order unless you have planned weeks or months in advance as that is how long it will take them to ship an order. Do not expect them to respond via website or social media. Do expect to see them active on socal media but ignoring customer comments. Do not expect it to be easy to cancel. Use a credit card so you can chargeback.

"I actually rate this company zero stars…"
I actually rate this company zero stars but one star was the lowest I could go. When I started to order from this company the shipping was bad. As time went on it got worse and WORSE. I order every Friday and I ordered over 2 weeks ago and last Friday. Neither package has arrived and the reaching has not moved at all from the facility. I have no where to buy juice near me so I rely on these websites. Thankfully I had backup jucie but since its taken sooo long im almost out. Don't order from this site. There's plenty of others with the same prices. Those sites would most likely answer your emails with any issues, unlike this one.

"Slow shipping"
Slow shipping. They charge you over $8 for shipping and then wait 5 whole days to even create a shipping label. There is no reason for this.

(#2079934) Well where do I start!!! I placed an order and accidentally purchased the wrong items from my cart, so I emailed them to cancel the order 2 minutes after I placed it with no response! So I emailed a couple of more times and still no response! I then trues to call all day long and after my 20th attempt a guy awnered the phone and was very friendly and I told him what had happened and he said no problem at all I'll get this order canceled, so next thing I know about 4 hours later I get a email stating that the order was shipped out! So now I'm waiting to resive the order wich is sapose to be here Monday and then I guess I'm gonna have to pay usps to ship it back so that I can get a refund, I will definitely never ever again order from this place EVER!!!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever witnessed! If you all make this right I'll either change my message or I'll delete it off here, I know things happen but your customer service is very, very poor no excuse for that at all.

I have nothing bad to say about vape society I ordered my juices and some coils on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. I got the No.5 by beard vape co. and No. 32. I haven't tried 32 yet but No. 5 seems to not have much of a taste at all. I have bought plenty of The One by beard vape co. from stores and they a very flavorful. I dont know if it's just a bad batch or it supposed to be like that.

"Terrible Customer Service - Avoid"
The customer service with this company is horrific. I have emailed 4 times about a problem, and they have yet to respond. They sent me a bottle that was defective, the top wasn't sealed. When I tried to fill my tank, the top exploded off of it, getting juice everywhere (took me 45 minutes to clean it) and it ruined the shirt I had on. I filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully get their attention.
