(I originally left a 5 star review for this company back in 2019. I’ve made a few more purchases and they’ve all been pretty standard, often times the shipping takes longer than other companies but the items do eventually arrive.

This past month I made another order, but realized I needed to cancel. I reached out to customer service three hours after my order was placed and requested to cancel my order. Not only did I never hear back from customer service about this issue, I also never received a refund and my order was shipped a week later. It’s unfortunate that reviews seem to ring true that this company has a problem with customer service actually answering them when they reach out. For this reason I’m docking this original review a star and updating to 4 stars.)

I was nervous ordering from this site after seeing some of the negative reviews on TrustPilot. Fortunately, I didn’t listen to them.

My order was marked as shipped the day after it was ordered, and was scanned at the post office as on its way immediately. The company made no delay to send my product whatsoever, and this has been an excellent and pleasant transaction. I will be keeping them in mind for future purchases!!

"What a joke..."

I’ve used this company for well over a year 1-2 orders a month ranging between $80-120 a pop and it’s slowly gotten worse and worse.
This however is the final straw!
Placed my order over a week ago and it’s still
“Processing” they can debt your account yet can’t find the time to actually ship you merch.
I’ve literally reached out 7 times and all expect for the first attempt have been completely ignored.
First response was asking for my order number (which was already provided) but hey ok maybe someone didn’t see it? No problem I’ll send it again. Ha! Fat lot of good that did...
After a few more emails without a response I decided to phone them.
Left Voicemail and nothing, repeated this 3 more times without any response whatsoever 🤔🙄😑


I’m sad to say after this I will not be using their services anymore.
The complete lack of customer service was the final nail in the coffin.

Only gave one star cause i cant give negative stars. It's been over a week and they took my money and order still says processing and they will not respond to emails, you just get a automated response saying they got your email and will review it shortly and will contact you which clearly isn't the case. So in short they took me for $130. Company is nothing but a scam

"Disorganized company with no customer service"

Placed an order and received someone else's in its place. Reported the mistake to them and got an auto-reply canned response 5 seconds later that the case would be reviewed. Two days later I get an email notifying me that my order has been completed and arrived 2 days prior. It has been a week and there has been 0 response after repeated attempts to get some sort of acknowledgement from their company about the switch up.

Buyer beware. Do not do business with this company.

Edit: 10 days later, still no response from the company at all. Referring this to American Express fraud claims.

Stole $108. Plus no product no refund had to go to bank and sheriffs office now small claims court next , Stay away from this company, frauds . No one takes almost 3 weeks to refund your money. FRAUDS
