NOTE THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LIST THEIR PHONE NUMBER OR BUSINESS ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS THROUGH A WEBFORM EMAIL PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY CUSTOMER REQUESTS THROUGH THAT WEBFORM. SO BASICALLY YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE OR WAY TO CONTACT THEM AFTER THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SHIP YOU NOTHING. I WILL BE FILING A FRAUD COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR THEFT AND INTERNET FRAUD. I URGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. THEY ARE LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS. AND FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE A LOCAL BRICK AND MORTAR STORE LOCATED AT 7355 Commercial Way #115, Henderson, NV 89011. INTERNET FRAUD IS A CRIME AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

I ordered, it shipped even gave me a tracking number but still no product 14 days after tracking #. It says it still processing. Contacted VS 5 times no response from them. Worst customer service

I ordered here a week ago and after 5 days I emailed them to ask why they never sent anything. I got a response saying "they don't have any of the products I ordered. I could pick out other items or I could be given a credit for a future order".
So they sell products they have no intention of sending you! ALL OF THEY PRODUCTS THEY SOLD TO ME ARE STILL LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE! This is obvious fraud. The products are NOT available but they are still for sale on their site? 100% scam.
Then to tell me I must pick out new items that I don't want? TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.
I am now trying to get a refund for the money they scammed from me and that looks like a whole new battle. So far no response on the refund.
Looks like I have to file a Better Business Bureau case and call my bank/credit card company to get back the money that was taken..
REMEMBER - they are STILL selling these products with no intention at all of sending them to you.
Worst company I have dealt with in a long , long time.

Ok, so I’ve given these guys a stellar review in the past. Even recommended friends to them. But this time everything went wrong and yes as someone else mentioned, it only takes 1 really bad experience to change everything. So as usual I ordered online and get the fastest shipping method, as I’m starting to run low on my juice and have about 4 days left. Well two days pass and nothing has shipped so at this point I’m a bit annoyed as I paid the highest shipping method to have it at my house in 2 days, 3 days the latest... I email them, nothing, I email the following day, nothing and email the day after and at this point I’m livid. Someone named Axel finally gets back to me “apologizing” telling me they couldn’t fill the entire order and I have one of two options, 1) I can cancel my order and get a full refund or 2) get my 1 item shipped and get store credit for later... well i’m sorry but non of those appeal to me... I wrote back “what I would like is for you to send my the one juice ASAP, completely refund the second juice to my bank account and also refund the shipping method as they did not live up to their shipping promise of having the order in the mail within 2 business days”. I also told them I was not going to do business with them any longer so store credit wouldn’t work. I get a response back the following day “I completely understand, we have canceled your order and you will receive a refund within 4-6 business days”. Fuqers didn’t even bother to read my email or make anything right. Plus 4-6 business days?! It took them a click of a button on my end when they took my money but will take 4-6 business days to process a refund that was of their doing?! At this point they are stealing money from their customers. They take money when there is no product to send out. Then they process a refund only after you call them on it over and over and a “refund” that I have yet to see and may or may not get there in 4-6 business days. It’s been 6 business days, I checked my bank account and I still do not see the refund. I will be calling my bank today. Screw these guys! Do not do business with them. They are thieves.

I recently switched over to vapesocietysupplies I made an order 10 days ago for juice that was on their website and available. Here it is the 11-day I contact the customer service number email them only to get an email back saying that unfortunately four of the six bottles that I ordered are not in stock they don't know how long they're going to take to get in stock and nobody called me within that first 10 days to let me know the situation instead they waited 10 days for me to wonder where my order is and reach out to them this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life I will never order from this company again and I suggest you do the same.

It takes just one bad experience to lose a customer.
I had ordered from these guys three times previously without any issues. Well one small issue that didn't prevent me from ordering again. This past time I placed my order and days go by and order is still processing. I send a status request via their online contact us and receive no response. A week go by and order is still processing. I again send another request for status via their online contact us section and get no response.
If this company is too busy to answer a request from me then I will take my money elsewhere. If they took 2 minutes to respond and said sorry for the delay blah blah blah I would have been more inclined to wait longer but the fact that they are holding my funds and will not lift a finger to give me a status update is enough for me to never do business with them again. Called my bank to file a charge back.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAMMERS"
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I ordered from them April 23rd, 2019 and my order never shipped. A week later I asked for a refund and I still have not received confirmation of the refund nor my money back! Nobody has contacted me back since the original refund email claiming they were cancelling my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have tried calling the number provided, nothing. I have sent 22 e-mails and nothing. I have now reported them to the BBB, hopefully that helps get them to respond and give me my money back.

They always take 2-3 days just to ship my order, sometimes even longer. Their prices are really good, but you get what you pay for in the service.
