Everything went well with my order, so I’m not sure what is happening to the people that are having bad experiences. I placed my order on Wednesday 4/24/19, it processed for a day or two, and I received my package 4/27/19. All my juices were new, sealed, and wrapped in bubble wrap. No complaints here! With prices & service like vape society supplies, I’ll definitely be back to order more.
Edit: also, for those angry or upset about not getting a timely refund: there are many factors on how fast you get refunded; if you ask for a refund from any company, how fast that refund gets back to you is based on your bank &/or credit card company, not the company issuing the refund. So if you ask for a refund from any company, be prepared, as it could take anywhere up to a month for the creditor to issue it.

Should have checked here before ordering. Ordered a couple bottles from them over a week ago as of today still not shipment notification. I emailed their "customer service" two days ago and have not received any reply. I am now nervous about my CC info because of how untrustworthy they appear to be. At least I only spent about 20 bucks (assuming they havent sold my identity) I am pretty sure I will never recieve my order.

I ordered from these guys they made a mistake in one of my orders I tried to have them return it one of their representatives by the name of axel gave me issues during that transaction direct me towards the manufacturer who gave me two weeks worth of more issues to lead me back to vape society then I was promised to return Miller from axle he sent me an email with a copy of it and everything it has not shown up I am wondering where it is and then I send these guys more emails phone calls they do not contact me back so I think I'm being blown off here just because I live 400 miles away from them they will not be too happy if I were to go into their store and cause a scenebut I wouldn't do that so what I'm going to do is I'm going to post on all the form boards how terrible their customer services and how they don't care and how they think that if you have an issue with your product you should take it to the manufacturer well that's weird because if I found an issue with my Pepsi-Cola I'm not going to call Jerry Jones the owner of Pepsi in the Dallas cowboys I'm going to go back to the Walmart that I purchased it at so these guys have a clear misconception on proper business Ethics not only that but they also have higher prices than what you can find at other places like ejuicebogo.com that's the place that I found to purchase from and they do way better deals way better deals but I'm not trying to make a case for those guys because I've only purchased from them once so I can't say that the best retailer but they have been consistently good on that one purchase unlike vape society supply been consistently bad with all of my purchases that I've made in the past year this last one they've just dropped the ball completely I think they gave me a fake email with a return mailer picture that didn't even exist I will go down to my post office box today to find out if it is a real tracking number or they sent me something fake and if that's the case then they are breaking the law by creating fake tracking numbers that's a fraudulent document so not only with these guys be in the same category as bad salesman but fraud and con artistif I wanted to gamble this much with somebody down in Vegas I would have stayed at the Bellagio better yet I would have stayed at the Mandalay Bay back in October 2017 I think my odds would have been better off than dealing with these guys

"VSS is dead or going to dead soon"
Ordered 12 bottles of e-juice from VSS (Order #508128), but 2 Blueberry Donuts by Donuts E-Juice 120ml was missing from the order, the shipping slip clearly state only 10 items were send, already contact support, 1st support ticket (16260) they admitted the order was missing but refund department were delay, is over 9 days from 1st contact, still no money back to my account, 2nd support ticket (17547) no response at all, I just wonder VSS is dead? But is good to notice this sooner then later, no more business with them if don't got my refund back.

I used to order from VSS all the time, just started vaping again and read the bad reviews but still ordered from past experiences with them, glad i did they shipped within 48 hours and i was satisfied with the product!

This was my third time ordering from them,the first 2 times went great. My recent purchase was March 26 it is now April 10 and I still haven't received a refund that I was supposed to be issued because they didnt have what I ordered but yet on their website it was in stock,I'm still trying to understand that! You are taking a gamble with this company so be aware when you give them your money. I was dumb and didn't listen to the bad reviews as I should have. Shame on this company,I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this with them.

ordered for the first time from these guys two lemon dessert vapes that were on clearance. Both arrived in decent time but one was leaking and not working. Emailed them about it and have not received a response after two days but will email company again. I would be weary of this company. After reading other negative reviews I would not take the chance of doing business with this compan again. Fortunately, I bought very little.

Do not do business with this place. I placed a over $30 order with them for ejuice a week later nothing no email nothing I contacted them they said they were out of 1 of the juices I ordered. But never contacted me just left me waiting for my stuff to arrive. So I ask for a refund they say no problem & you should have a refund in 4-6 days. Long story short it took me a month to get my money back & I had to keep emailing them about it threatening to take legal action. Btw I saved all my emails to back up what I'm saying to be true so I have proof. Check places reviews on Google 1st before ordering from their site. Wish I would have. I do now.

"They won't respond to anything after they take your money"
Placed and order on 3/11/19. USPS tracking continuously showed "in transit" with the date 3/18/19 stating order would arrive later than expected. On 3/27 I emailed the company, on 3/28 I messaged them on Facebook and on 3/29 I called and left a message. No response from them what so ever. Contacted my bank and got my money back, hopefully the bank got it back from VSS and didn't just take a loss. I also filled out a survey sent by them where I also gave them 1 star. Checked their webpage of "verified reviews" and, unsurprisingly, it did not make their review list.
