"First time ordering from here, glad I did."

First time ordering from here, was super weary due to all the low ratings but the price point was worth the gamble.

Maybe I'm lucky but I literally got my order super fast, order was correct and packaged properly. Ordered 2/9/19 2pm on Saturday, was immediately sent notice they received my payment and were getting my order ready. 3 hours later it was shipped and I was given a tracking # -- the same day. My package arrived Tuesday 2/12/19 at 2pm, from Nevada to Massachusetts.

Will definitely give them another try, hopefully others have a positive experience like I did.

"Terrible.."

Terrible... paid 12$ for shipping and it’s been 5 days already... they emailed me and said sorry the manufacturer didn’t have my juice in for me to choice another juice even though the juice they had listed was in stock... they didn’t make this situation right at all... I’m still waiting... it doesn’t matter if you pay for the fastest shipping you will wait no matter what... and they will have a ton of excuses!!!! THIS IS A REAL REVIEW MY NAMES JOHNNY! Take ur money somewhere else! Trust me!

"Awful shipping times, worse support"

Did not provide tracking until 6 days after I ordered.

I sent 3 emails:

-One on the day I ordered, asking if I could provide my own overnight label so I could get it sooner.

-Two days after I ordered, asking if they had any update.

-Four days after I ordered, asking if I could get a refund. I had already ordered from 8vape and they shipped it same-day.

They did not respond to any of my emails. I called the number provided. They did not answer and did not call back.

One the 6th day, they sent tracking. I still want a refund, plan to refuse if USPS ever attempts delivery of this.

"They need to get their ship together."

Someone showed me this company, great prices but make sure you order two weeks before you need anything. I just recently ordered and payed more for the Priority (2-3 business day) shipping and should not have since the order will be here in the 5-7 business day range. I would have just opted for that standard shipping in the first place. Use EJuicedirect.com
If I order through them today, I'll get the order tomorrow. You pay a couple dollars more, but less in shipping for the priority shipping.

"Buyer Beware - Slow shipping and useless support"

Some of the lowest prices around, but the consistently slow shipping makes it a last resort. The last 2 $150+ orders took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

"I haven't had any bad experience yet."

I have been ordering batteries and juice from VSS for over a year now and I've yet to have a bad experience. When it comes to juice, their prices are unmatched anywhere, and by a significant margin. When I first started vaping, years and years ago, the average price for juice was around $15 per 30ml bottle, and even up until I discovered VSS I was paying around $20 for a 60 ml. My current order is $20 for 300 ml, which amounts to around 1/5th the price I was paying previously. As a result, I have saved hundreds of dollars.

While I've yet to experience any bad service or long delays in my ordering, and while I am sympathetic to those who have left bad reviews over such service, I think that at these prices you're probably dealing with a bare bones staff who move A LOT of juice. While I'm not trying to justify the bad service, I do think that seeming lack of any customer service staff is probably the trade off to maintain these prices.

"Bad customer service"

It took 2 weeks before my juice was shipped. I emailed them twice asking if it had been shipped or if there was a tracking number but they never responded to either email. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

DO NOT BUY. Sent wrong juice then didn't respond to e-mails or make any sort of effort to remedy the situation.
