So far I’ve sent them 7 emails to try and complain about the service provided and all ignored. When you ring customer service, they say that you can’t help you and to send an email. I feel like it’s run by cowboys.

Excellent service when we parked, the tram was quick and efficient and when we got back from our trip it was the same. Highly recommended. The only issue was finding the lot, but with all the construction down there it was not unexpected. We called the number and they told us exactly where to find them.

Our drop off was excellent as well as the shuttle service. The negative,that we were warned of ahead of time, was that because of our late arrival there would be no shuttle service. The $25 taxi fee from the airport is absurd. The hotel clerk was very helpful in getting the car from the garage. Will recommend Global Parking!

Fast, convenient and reliable parking and transportation to the airport. Only downside is they raised prices after the economy lot at the airport was permanently closed.

Everything went perfect on this trip. I did not have to wait but a few minutes for the hotel shuttle on my return trip. The driver drove to my car verses letting me walk from the hotel entrance. It was a cold dark night so I really appreciated it.

Website mostly worked well, but when using my iPhone some functionality was a little awkward, and in spite of seeing I was to get a discount coupon at checkout, I never had the opportunity to enter it (no coupon entry field was present).
