Memorial Airport Parking started it was booked through a 3rd party company. I could not use that reservation I had to pay directly through them because I was in a hurry to catch my flight l. The guy tried to help me out by giving me a discount because he felt so bad. I am asking for a refund on what I paid to your company. I spoke with Tim at global and another representative in reference to this matter.

"Positive Global Airport Parking Experience"
We have used Global Airport Parking many times. This time, however, our plans changed so I cancelled our reservation. I love it that you provide flexibility and make it easy to cancel and issue a refund. We have several upcoming trips that require we be at the airport by 4 am (6:30 international flight) so we can’t use this service due to their 4:30 opening time.

HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS!!!!! I PARK THE CAR THERE AND THE DAMAGE IT HEAVY!!!!!!! NO LOT ATTENDANT NO OFFICE DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE No customer service NEVER PARK YOUR CAR AT THAT PLACE!!!!! No matter the price . Careless people They will damage or scratches your vehicle THEY will run away from you if anything happens Checked your vehicle before leaving Call police if you find your car damaged The lawsuit is coming up and they not going to skip punishment . "Don't book with them"
Don't book with them! They will most likely have an issue sending you your reservation email. And if you live in Canada you're going to have to pay another $41 on top of your reservation.
I booked with them thinking I was receiving a deal, no reservation email was sent to me until the day of. When I showed up to the lot I booked at they said I needed a confirmation number, so I rebooked thinking I would get another email with the reservation. Nothing came so I called the company the customer service lady was kind, and sorted out the 2 reservations made under my name. She refunded me one and then said I could go ahead and use the reservation that was booked for 5 AM instead of the one I used booked for 5:30. For some reason the confirmation email wasn't going through, so she sent me a TXT message so I could put my email through, it sent that way. I Got off the phone with her and showed my confirmation email to the customer service rep at the lot, he then told me I could go ahead with the booking but there would be a charge of $41 on top of the $24 I just paid in CAD He told me it would be cheaper to just go with their rate so I did. Which costs me $49.
Okay, whatever, I needed to catch my flight because I was operating it! Fast forward from January 11 to now today, January 14. I called to explain my situation and get a refund, but there is no understanding from this company whatsoever. They did not refund me my money and told me that it says they put in the confirmation email that I would be charged extra, but that's not the point. The point is I did not get to read the email l it was sent to me the same day when I was already at the lot, of course, I did not go through it when I was in crunch time trying to catch the shuttle. There was no empathy from them. Anyway, I saw all this to say be careful before you book!! They already have an option on their customer service phone line for confirmation email troubles!!!

I was never given a return Phone number therefore we were unable to request a pickup. The driver dropped us off at the front even though the cars are parked in back.
