"I always use GAP"

I always use GAP and have always been pleased. It just works. Even when there is another provider that may be $1-2 cheaper, the service with GAP is great. On the rare occasion my plans change, GAP always issues a prompt refund and is flexible. Even one of the lots I have stayed at multiple times told me "we only accept GAP". You cannot go wrong with them.

Sometimes I need to make a reservation and then cancel due to personal issues, not due to the service.

I received a call and a message with instructions on how to update my credit card information on the Global Parking website.
This is incorrect.
There are no options on the Global Parking website to view or change payment options.
None, zero options, absolutely nothing.

There is no way to remove a credit card from an account.
The web application does not allow the customer to delete a credit card that is no longer in use.
Calling customer service unable to help in resolving this issue either.
It could be considered a violation of consumer protection laws depending on jurisdiction.
