It's not breakable, and keeps things hot for hours.

Wasserstrom offered a very reasonable price for a set of wine glasses that had to be of a certain size to fit into a fixed cabinet. Ordering was easy, but shipping seems to have taken a rather long time, well beyond the projected ship date when I ordered. Everything arrived well packaged and I am very happy with the result.

I ordered plastered. They took several weeks to arrive. They were packaged poorly and two of the platters were broken. I asked for them to be replaced. They would not replace just 2.. I would have had to send al 24 back and they would have sent me 24 new ones...it was rediculous...I now have 22 platters when I wanted 24.....

Overall I am very pleased with Wasserstrom's products and service. You can actually speak to a live human being.

The only suggestion I have is that delivery times for products coming straight from a supplier be more accurate.
