"Still waiting on order with no update"

I have not heard from the company about my order.

Ordered a coffee pot lid for swim team and assumed it would get here quickly. There were no tracking opportunities and I ordered it on 6/22 and it arrived on 7/15. I called after 10 days and the lady on the phone could care less, said lid comes from a different company and it's not in warehouse. When it gets there she would be happy to charge me $48 for overnight an $8 coffee pot lid. No thank you. Running concessions, we ordered Panera coffee for the meet that cost us $40 because we could not use coffee pot. Not pleased with service.

I was incredibly happy to find the items that I needed, and at a good price. It was understandable that some of them were on backorder, but Wasserstrom was good about communicating, and made sure that I knew exactly when my items were shipping. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experiences with them.

I had been trying to buy sliced green olives and a friend who works in food service gave me the Wasserstrom web site. I got in and quickly found they had no food items. However, they did have a good beef skinning knife that I had been wanting to replace one my wife had mistakenly thrown away. I ordered that and then looked at clearance items and bought a few more items. All but the boning knife arrived quickly and it still arrived in a reasonable time. I found the web site easy to navigate and was able to make decisions quickly. First Rate!
