"Not worth the 18 day wait!"
I placed my order on Oct 1st & supposedly they were out of one item I had ordered so instead of reaching out to inform me, they just put my order on Hold for over a week. Then I FINALLY get a notification that my order had shipped out, but low & behold, it was all BS because my order didn’t actually get shipped out until October 11th but I didn’t actually receive my order until October 20th!! Even though I reached out to customer service NUMEROUS times about my order, you would think that they would have put it through overnight shipping or something but No. customer service is not their strong point. No, instead I had to wait an additional 9 days to receive my order just to apply it to my face and see an Oompa Loompa staring back at me. Definitely NOT worth the hype or the hassle

The product is wasteful. When you spray the brush so much product is wasted and all over the place.

I prefer the Airbrush sprayer and feel that it's a much better system for me personally. This brush-on is ok but I’m not as confident with it. I was placing my order for the new Airbrush sprayer and noted that it says I never ordered anything from LUMINESS and now wants me to order a “14 day trial free.” PLEASE CORRECT THIS as I had to also create a new account.

I love the wide range of products suitable for all skin types. The fragrance-free options are a big plus. Fast shipping and the try-before-you-buy policy are also fantastic.

"Deceptive Business Practice"
I thought I was just ordering the airbrush starter kit - Try Before you Buy for 14 days. $39.00. So they charged me shipping up front for $6.30 with a charge of $52.31 pending. That didn't add up, so when I looked at my total order at Luminess, the balance was $86.30. There were items added to my cart I didn't even know about or want. After speaking to someone at Luminess I was told it was too late to change my order since it had already gone to shipping, but I could return any unwanted items.
What I don't appreciate is that my card will be charged for items I didn't ask for and will then have to go thru the hassle to return stuff and get a refund.
Why can't they just offer good cutsomer service up front and win back repeat customers instead of trying to rip people off? Don't try to add items to my cart hoping I might miss deleting them. How deceptive.
