Je confirme les avis sur Upperkey. Leur approche est malhonnête. La réalité des versements est deux fois moindre que leur budget prévisionnel. De fait il sous-loue à leur filiale Cityapartmentstay enregistrée à Malte. Donc au 25 % de commission négociée pour Upperkey, au moins 25% de commission non prévue seront aussi déduit sans votre accord. Et upperkey ne vous fera jamais parvenir un document détaillé vous permettant de reconstituer les comptes. Globalement vous toucherez moins de 40% de vos prévisions. Dans mon cas leur budget 180€ / nuit et la réalité 69€ / nuit pour un appartement impeccable situé proche Arc de Triomphe. Leur équipe présente bien, mais derrière la façade professionnelle, une bande …. Donc si un membre d’upperkey vous approche, fuyez.
Ajout le 14 novembre 2024. Il semble qu'Upperkey tente de faire effacer les avis négatifs. Mais en aucun cas Upperkey ne répond pas aux avis. Cette société se cache et manipule.

Owners, Upperkey is not a trustable company. They will never match the previsional incomes delivered to you. By far. As a matter of fact, apart of the 25% on your rent, they will subrent to their subsidiary CityapartStay (registered in Malta) which will also cash at least 25%. Over all, your real incomes will be 40% of your expectations. In my case the budget presented to me was 180€ / night and the reality 69€... And you will never get a statement showing their real incomes enabling you to control the deductions...
Last, be careful with 5 stars evaluation. there are more than doubtful. Their marketing is efficient...
