"Anniversary Trip"

Amazing experience! We cannot wait to do this again. Pack Up + Go sent us to a place we would have never chosen. The entire trip was great, well planned, and while we had an itinerary it was a very soft itinerary so we had plenty of time to explore. All of our questions were answered promptly and the trip was really centered around what we enjoy but also brought us out of our comfort zone. Highly recommend!!

"Seattle Washington wife’s bday trip"

Another great trip planned by pack up + go! Seattle Washington was the destination this time and we really enjoy it. Great reservations, hotel and events planned. We have done two trips this year and it might become an annual or bi-annual trip.

Very well planned. Included everything we said were interested in. Nice the hotel had a shuttle service so I didn't have to do any extra driving.

Oh my gosh the best trip ever. Customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. They were dealing with four people from four different airports all having to reschedule because of a hurricane. The trip insurance is a must. The activities planned were on point with our survey and exactly the thing we needed.

"40th birthday celebration! "

My best friend and I used Pack Up + Go to celebrate both of our 40th birthdays. We were thrilled with our destination! Seattle was amazing and we had a blast. We really enjoyed the food tour that was planned for us and we were so excited to see that our dream of riding a hot air balloon was scheduled. Unfortunately the weather didn’t want to cooperate, and it ended up being cancelled. We were offered other options as a replacement activity, but ultimately just asked for a refund on it. We still had an amazing time and fell in love with the city. I highly recommend using Pack Up + Go!

I just wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude, straight from a mother’s heart. I recently learned about your company when my son and daughter-in-law decided to take a leap of faith and plan their long-delayed honeymoon. Their destination was Asheville, North Carolina, but unfortunately, their trip coincided with the recent hurricane that ravaged the area.
During their stay, they spent three days at the hotel without running water, electricity, or food, although the hotel lobby food provided was a great help. On the third day, the hotel had to evacuate due to unsanitary conditions, leaving them in a challenging situation. They spent the first night sleeping in a parking lot, and the next night at a gas pump, hoping for fuel, only to discover in the morning that the gas had been contaminated by water. After sitting in a long line at another station, they were finally able to get gas and make it home over the course of two days.
Despite this difficult experience, my son shared that your company went above and beyond by reimbursing them 100% and even providing a generous $1,000 credit towards another vacation. I cannot express how much this meant to them, and to me as well. Your remarkable customer service during such a distressing time has not only gained their loyalty but also mine and several members of our family. We all look forward to booking future trips with your company.

"San Francisco Surprise! "

Having a surprise is the way to go!! It was so much fun traveling with friends with Pack Up and Go. Our tours were hit or miss but we had a great time anyway. The dinner reservations were always yummy. And there was enough down time in the schedule for exploration. We would definitely do it again, but we would need to be more specific in our likes and dislikes. If you are debating, just do it. It is worth it.

Such an awesome experience! If you love mystery and you love travel then this is perfect for you!! This company literally does everything for you and all that you have to do is show up and have a great time! Once I booked with them until approximately five weeks later when it was time to leave I had so much fun thinking about all of the possibilities of where I could be going! I even made it into a game with my friends and family! On the day of departure when I opened my envelope to see where I was going I couldn’t believe all of the things that they had planned for me and reservations that were set. Aside from that they gave me a huge list of recommendations and suggestions for my free time. They also state in their info that someone is always on call in case there is a problem with anything. What a nice touch! I had a wonderful time on my trip and I am very thankful for such a uniquely fun and adventurous surprise trip!! I would definitely do this again and highly recommend to all. "Girl’s 50th birthday weekend"

We loved everything about our Savannah weekend! Pack up and go selected a great town to celebrate my friends’ birthdays. They picked unique tours for us we would have not found on our own, and we absolutely loved the packet highlighting all the things to see.
