I bought two suits in the store in Leeds the customer service was brilliant, the gentlemen working there was very friendly and made it a good experience, sadly however despite paying close to a grand for two suits they have both completely fallen apart the woven fabric is shocking quality, the suits not only ripped but literally fell apart not at the seams but the fabric just pulled apart, avoid at al cost worst suits i have ever bought.

Shirt quality excellent, had to send some shirts back purely due to sussing sizes as never bought from here before. Now I know I'll certainly be ordering some more- just wish they had a store nearer Portsmouth

Good shirts but having tried a shirt on I could not return it for one with a longer sleeve because I did not have the original packaging. Other shirt makers have a much more flexible approach.

H&C response to me is, unfortunately, inaccurate. I tried to return the shirt and had my online receipt with me but was told that I could not.
