"Incorrect Information"

Having had two tyres fitted to front at Braintree, Essex branch I was told they were unable to do alignment due to rusted parts, however a subsequent visit to Kwik Fit proved this to be incorrect, they done alignment without any problem

Had 2 front tyres put on at the Woodley branch. They checked the tracking ; only 1% out so didnt need doing. A month later; All Good. I will use this company again.

"Shoddy "

Waited a week for my tyres to arrive. Drove 30 mins to my appointment. Waited 20 mins to be attended to. Both front wheels removed, one tyre taken off.... "Oh, sorry, we only have one tyre. Someone should have let you know." I was told by the garage and by Just Tyres I'd be let know when the 2nd tyre arrived.
That was Saturday. Now it's Tuesday night and I've not heard a word.
Very unimpressed.

I have used just tyres newbury for the past 2 or 3 years, price is fine, but I go there because the staff are very friendly/welcoming and are very efficient. 2 front tyres done in about 10mins.
