Booked 2 front tyres a week in a week in advance and paid up front. I arrived in good time for my 11.00 am appointment and was told, your tyres are not here and we can’t offer you anything else, no phone call and no apology. I now have to wait 5/7 days for my money to be refunded

Well where do I start on this pull up outside looks like a just tires manager has been in and possibly told a staff member off about something not too sure, but this clearly put him in a bad mood whilst working on my car at one point he also had to say that all fords are crap or something along those lines that made me automatically not a happy person. The the garage looks very professional but sadly it felt like a back street garage just the way the staff were reacting or acting in front of customers was just a bit odd.
