Two new tyres fitted, and all wheel alignment attempted (successfully for front wheels), but unfortunately rear adjustment cams/bolts corroded and unmovable, so advised to leave alone, or face hefty expense to get them cut out. Advised that rear misalignment was not significant enough to warrant major work

"Disappointing service despite the promise of same day fitting"

Ordered a tyre online at 9am for same day fitting due to an emergency. Was given a 16:30 appointment so expected tyre to be ready for fitting at this time like you would with any other business you have an appointment with. Turns out the tyre didn’t arrive until 11am the following day. Beware the Just Tyres false advertisement online as according to the branch manager I spoke to this is a regular occurrence they don’t appear to want to fix. Just misleading customers and taking their money before they realise the claim of same day fitting is highly unlikely.

Ordered the tyres to have fitted at Uxbridge on Monday night and fitted on Wednesday afternoon. Drove straight the 2 guys worked on the tyres straight away no issues nice chat with them and they explained everything very well done.

Ordered 4 all season Vredstein tyres, paid for them and was given a fitting date - then receive a message asking me to call them only to be told they can’t get the tyres.
Don’t advertise offers on tyres if you aren’t 100% sure you have the stock.
