"Tyres fitted"

Tyres fitted. However, came in time for my booked time slot I was delayed and had to wait for two cars to be completed prior to mine. I have ordered 2 tyres directly from Just Tyres to be later contacted that they cannot fit tyres of my choice but they are going to offer me alternative which match the price. After a bit of research I found that the tyres they were offering instead my first choice, were worse and yet discounted at the competitors so this was not so much of a bargain. I cancelled order with Just Tyres as they kept only 1 tyre in stock that I originally ordered and kindly informed me that they would have to order another one, while still having sets available to order from their website. So I guess it is normal practice that they are trying to offer alternatives which cost less and say that it is the same price and the same features but in fact these were different to my choice. So ordered tyres I originally wanted from Asda Tyres at a cheaper price than Just Tyres, and had them fitted at Just Tyres.
