with a screw in my tyre...at 10 am they asked me to place the order for the next day
I did check and the tyre was available on the website for the same-day fit ... anyway
The next day I booked to replace the tyre and wheel alignment.... The tyre had been changed but they couldn't do the wheel alignment.
One of the lads moved my car around. There was grease on the chair steering wheel doors...
They asked me to come next week.... booked again ... no luck, they didn't sort the wheel alignment.... they said that I must change the tied rod.. basically 40£ out of pocket.
Sorry guys but the bossy attitude as well didn't help at all.

Ordered the tyres online and made an appointment for 15.00 on Saturday afternoon.
When I arrived the car was taken into the workshop immediately. The tyres were changed and I was on my way within twenty minutes - what’s not to like!
