"I cannot thank Michael enough..."

I cannot thank Michael enough for what he has done for me and my family. He has been there for me through the entire process, even when I was passed over to the next company for the next steps he would check in on me and would then explain the next stage of the process.

I discovered Michael when looking for a large consolidation loan to try and help me out of my spiral of debt and wanted to try reducing my outgoings, but Michael went through all the options available to me and was never pushy.

I decided upon an IVA and two and a half weeks after our first message exchange I have been approved (and this would have been quicker if I didn't need some days to think it through).


My husband and I have a 1 year old and 3 year old together - both through private IVF. The years of funding medical investigations, IVF procedures etc got me into the position of having to use credit to stay on top of my monthly outgoings and expenditure - i never missed a payment but now my credit pot had run dry and I was never going to afford it all this month. The sleepless nights with worry were taking their toll and I now feel like a new person. I can now enjoy our babies without this constant worry.

Michael listened to all this and was never judgemental, he was always supporting and showed empathy. It was Michael's kindness that encouraged me through the process - I had been so embarrassed about my debts I honestly think if he hadn't had been so friendly and kind, I wouldn't have been able to go through with it.

Just for others out there who are in the same boat (and I am in a professional job which added to my embarrassment as felt like I should know better), if you are in this situation get in contact with Michael. He will go through your options with you in a friendly manner with no pressure. He could also change yours and your family's life overnight.

We chatted a lot via WhatsApp which I really liked as I was nervous and I could ask lots of questions (and believe me I asked a ton), and then when we needed to go through things in detail we planned times to chat on the phone - even on a Saturday morning.

Spammers and scammers. Absolutely bombarded with emails and text messages. Have requested removal but they still continue. Have requested a SAR 3 months later and no response. Now reported to ICO and would urge anyone else getting spammed to do so.

After many years of avoiding my debt and running away from it I finally plucked up the courage to contact the team at C&K Finance, I don't like speaking on the phone so majority of the work was done over WhatsApp which was great, I only had to have a 45 minuet phone call and the rest is completed... 13K of debt dealt with by one team in the space of a week. Can't thank them enough.

Michael from C&K has gone above and beyond to help me get the right solution. With all the complications thrown at us along the way, he didn’t let that bother him and continued to work around it. Today I finally start my journey and I can’t thank him enough and his colleagues who have stepped in to support. Scam Company / Breach GDPR

Been bombared with emails from someone called "mark" with C & k Finance, relating to an application that i never made.

I have requested on a number of ocassions to be removed from their mailing list and even followed the unsunscribe option, although, they still continue to spam me with unsolicited emails.

I am not an existing customer and i have never had any association with said business. As per UK GDPR Act (2018) only existing customers can be added to a direct mailing list without providing consent.

I have never opted into any such list, nor provided any consent to receive marketing emails.

I have flagged my concerns with the ICO and i will begin litigation for breach of GDPR and misuse of my personal data (P.D).

Would not recommend and would not trust this company with personal data, when they evidently misuse data which they should not even possess in the first place

*Before responding with nonsense regarding your lead provider, please review GDPR legislation.

Blaming a third party is not acceptable defence.

You are the data controller. It is your responsability to obtain my consent, prior to adding me to any mailing list.

This has not occurred and you will be facing litigation for this breach of GDPR and misuse of my personal data. My concerns have already been passed to the ICO also.
