Just want to give a big shoutout to Jack and Gracie, first time using Charles and Dean and the process was excellent. One email to Jack and he provided me the figures within 5 minutes and got me an acceptance instantly. Grace handled everything thereafter and made the process very simple. After the documents were signed the funds were transferred to the dealer within the hour. I saw my vehicle on Auto trader on Thursday and by Saturday I was driving it home. Could not fault this team whatsoever. Will be using Charles and Dean only in the future now.
