"This is the first time i write a review…"
This is the first time i write a review on trust pilot with the purpose to alert my fellow customers. I made an order with tumeric and honey for some supplements. The website looked legit, the price point was acceptable and I also liked the name of the shop. After the order the company informed me that products are apparently delivered from different warehouses and that one product was out of stock. At that point i asked for the refund of that product that was out of stock.
To cut the long story the company made partial delivery of products and charged me for the full amount (i was charged for missing product as well).
I have tried to call the company - the phone simply didnt work. I also sent numerous emails to the company which have never been acknowledged or answered.
Only at the point when I threatened them (in numerous emails) with a legal action and reported them to my bank Tumeric and Honey (all of a sudden) got back to me saying that they will refund me immediately. My bank told me that the company put my card on a recurring list - meaning (for those who doesnt know) they would be taking my money every month for no reason until they are stopped (this was absolutely crazy to me and looked like a proper fraud).
Eventually i got my refund for a missing product that many weeks later.
Advice - find another place to shop!

"They allow you to purchase out of stock supplements"
Made an order on the 7/10. Received and email confirmation of the payment received and advising that another email will be sent once they ship the supplement. On the 14/10 -week later ! When I’ve emailed asking where my order was, they replied that it was out of stock! Really? So why don’t you update you website , so we could buy else where ??? Don’t recommend. Last time I’m buying from this website

"Promises unfulfilled - genuine refunds not a priority"
I bought a product from this site in good faith. We had not used them before but the product was available from them whilst out of stock elsewhere.
Sadly, on receiving the product we realised we had ordered the wrong item. On the same day we reported this via written communication via email. We stated that we would like to exercise our right to return. The goods were posted back and received by the company (via tracked postage service). Since then, we have been promised the refund would be processed but this has never materialised.
I have now resorted into opening a disputed transaction claim with my credit card company. For a £50 order, it's a shame it has to come to involving my credit card company. If that doesn't work a claim via CCJ / Small Claims Court will be filed against the company if the refund is not forthcoming.
Advice to the company:
If you wish to run an e-commerce site (or any other business online), please ensure your processes are efficient, or at the very least operational. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I sadly suspect that is not a priority.
Advice to potential customers:
Don't waste your time or money, buy elsewhere.

I read reviews here after I'd ordered, so was pretty horrified. I left a message on their telephone asking for despatch confirmation, saying I was worried in case they were a scam, mentioning some reviews on Trustpilot! Lol However, thankfully, I have received emails answering my queries satisfactorily and received a despatch email. Delivery was quoted as 7 days although the page said 'in stock', a little confusing as next to it said 'delivery 7 days'... Apparently, they don't carry stock of Heel products. I received my drops in 9 days. So, all in all I would recommend, but just make allowances that delivery may be a little slower than told. Price for the drops was excellent. "Be careful, unreliable company"
This is my second time with this company. They never respond to phone calls, neither emails. I paid for my order, have no updates. Tried to contact them, no response.
This is unbelievable, I contacted them in August, then decided to write my TrustPilot review, as you see per their answer, it has taken them almost until October to respond!

"After ordering twice from the T&H shop…"
After ordering twice from the T&H shop I stumbled upon terrible reviews on here. Made me a bit nervous as I was expecting shipment confirmation and was wondering if I get mugged or if it is a genuine retailer. To my delight my order arrived shortly and I now made few more orders which were a good quality, long expiry date etc. I take a star off as think that shipment could be faster and website needs a little bit more up to date. Otherwise, will continue to shop with confidence.

"Excellent service and delivery"
Having read the bad reviews, I was concerned but the actual service, delivery and price were all of the highest standard. I ordered 4 items on Sunday the 2nd May and they arrived this morning, the 4th May. Interestingly, the company name on the parcel was The Natural Dispensary which when you look it up has a 5* rating.

"I have ordered several items"
I have ordered several items, have been charged in full. Received some of them, with note, that one 'to follow'. Had to chase it up for several weeks (excuse was that item is still at customs and there are delays...), requested refund, got £1.87 instead of £7.99 back. Avoid them!

"Poor customer service"
Not an ideal first experience shopping with this company.
I had ordered from them because the vitamins I needed were out of stock everywhere else. Order was placed 24 March and only arrived on 14 April. Turns out the item was indeed out of stock with them too but I never received any correspondence to warn me of delays. Had to go through the tiresome process of e-mailing and telephoning a few times to get to the bottom of it. Was also given a few inaccurate dates to expect delivery by.
All correspondence have been polite and on occasions when there was no answer on the phone, they did kindly ring back. To improve customer confidence, I feel this company could improve on their customer service and not mislead with listing products which are out of stock and then not informing customers of potential delays.
