"Horrible experience with Turmeric and Honey"

Horrible experience with this brand . I ordered something which was in stock however wrote to them 3 times and all I got was the product will be dispatched shortly but never received it even after 11 days .I never received any updates on the dispatch or what was happening with my order . I paid extra for a quick delivery too. Very poor experience and will never recommend them ever and will not be doing business again with them .

"Can’t fault for processing and delivery"

I ordered a bottle of vitamin d/k2 mix two days ago that i found was out of stock everywhere I checked apart from this company. Never ordered from them before but looked ok. Like others I didn’t get an order confirmation, which I thought was odd, so did a search and found the poor reviews. Oh dear, I thought, that’s that then.

I was surprised and pleased when it turned up this morning, well bubble wrapped. Thank you to the company for processing that order so quickly, especially as I only have a couple of days of doses left in my old bottle. Much appreciated.

"50% price hike in a two week period."

Ordered from here in October, received my order within a few days, product seems of good quality. I've just gone on to reorder and they've put the price up 50%! It's the highest strength allicin I can find but I won't be ordering again out of principle, 50% increase is just daylight robbery. Judging by other reviews I was lucky to have received my order in the first place and may not have been so lucky second time round so maybe the price hike has been a blessing in disguise.

Ordered online, paid, got confirmation emails and 30 days later noting has arrived. They dont answer emails or call...A scam!

Didn't receive my order after 14 days. The company doesn't answer any of my mails. At this point I can only conclude that the company is a scam and that I've lost my money. I only wish I had checked Trustpilot before my purchase

You don't answer your phone. You don't call back on voice mails. You don't answer emails. You don't return on your contact form. Your CEO doesn't return on LinkedIn messages.

I've placed an order of 159,75 GBP for 1 month and 1 week ago, and I haven't received anything.

What you're doing is illegal and scamming and is punishable by law.

Please return to any of my inquiries asap regarding my order: WEB19261and refund the money.

"Do not use this company"

Do not use this company. Took money from me for items (hair dye) they didn't have in stock. When they finally admitted this, promised me a refund. I am still waiting for this refund.

"Avoid this company"

Avoid this company. They are no good. Ordered a product that was stated as 'in stock'. It hadn't arrived 2 weeks later so I emailed to find out where it was. Eventually I received an email admitting the product was not actually in stock so I requested a refund... several times. They ignored my requests and at one point sent an email to say it had been refunded which was not the case. In the end I had no option but to open a claim against them with PayPal which did eventually result in me receiving a refund. Unbelievable!

"Inexistent Customer service and constant delays"

I have ordered here a few times. The first time it was only a week delay, the second time it came on time, so I decided to order again. This third time it has been two weeks even though I paid for First Class Delivery, I have sent multiple emails with no answer and am getting very frustrated. I'm afraid my order of £55 will never arrive.
