"Great product, horrendous courier"

I ordered a Luno cot and drawer from Babymore. I'm very happy with the cot - it's beautiful and I've had lots of compliments on it. It's a solid build and easy to put together. However, I did have a huge amount of difficulty having the cot delivered - in part this was due to a partial address only having been provided for the first attempt although the postcode and street number was given which is all that's actually needed to uniquely identify my house (and actually the first driver did deliver to the house fine - the issue was that not all the parts of the order were on the van). The full address was also correctly provided after the first delivery. Nevertheless it took six attempts to get the delivery company (XDP) to deliver the items to the correct address! Attempts included leaving the item at a random house with a different number, saying delivery had been attempted and sending me a photo of a park as proof, saying falsely that delivery had been attempted at 1am! Over the six attempts, the courier never once attempted delivery anywhere near the delivery window given. Babymore said all of this wasn't their fault as the courier is a third party - however, I do feel that a company should do something about their choice of courier if the service is that bad rather than just say it's a third party issue. So, in summary, gorgeous product but you need a LOT of patience to deal with their choice of courier, XDP. If you look at XDP's Trustpilot reviews you will see what I mean. I'm not sure I could put myself through it again - I will probably order the second cot I need from Boots or another company who sell Babymore products and who will take responsibility for sorting the issues out.

"Helpful Advice and After Sales Care"

I bought the babymore full travel set. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of all the elements, from newborn to now toddler stage.
The after sales service from Babymore has been very good. I had an issue with my chassis folding and Peter, Customer Service Manager has taken time to understand the issue, make suggestions of where I was going wrong, and sent out new equipment so that I can fold and take in the car again.

"Adding shipping costs AFTER order has been placed"

I placed an order for some crib sheets which were £20, on the order summary before I entered my card details the total said £20 therefore I entered my card details to make the purchase and on the confirmation it had added a shipping cost of £10! I think this is extremely poor service and not to mention extremely overpriced. I called and asked for a refund which they said they would however I’m still awaiting a confirmation email.

"Great product and customer care"

I have enjoyed using my Babymore travel system over the last year but recently had an issue with the chassis part of the system. Peter, at customer care, was very quick to assess the problem and offer a solution. A replacement piece was quickly dispatched. DHL were pretty poor with the delivery of the replacement piece (no fault of Babymore).

Faulty dropside cot- not refunded yet? Re- ordered a 2nd cot also damaged and marked/scratched in lots of places. Not the quality/standard I would expect from purchasing a brand new cot at RRP 229£. Terrible taking so long and not refunding me or replacing the 2nd faulty cot ! Currently had to borrow a travel cot off a friend as not resolved.
All i wanted was what I paid for… a brand new cot for my baby not a 2nd hand cot with lots of dents/scratches and a dropside that falls off the hinges…

"Excellent"

We have been delighted with the Babymore Travel System, finding it well thought out, of quality construction and so flexible as our little one grows. We recently reached out to Babymore for assistance with a part and, despite it being some months since purchase, they could not do enough to help us and we were delighted. How wonderful to deal with a company that stands by their products and their customers. I thoroughly recommend Babymore and their products

"I recently contacted Babymore regarding…"

I recently contacted Babymore regarding some lost bolts on our twins' cots. Both cots had lost three bolts in total - a disaster! However, when I contacted Babymore I was so relieved to speak to one of their team who went above and beyond to find two of the standard replacement bolts as well as a factory fitted bolt. Not only that, they were also sent out first class delivery to ensure we had them as soon as possible. Thank you Babymore. :)

"Exceptional Customer Service"

Reassembling cot for new addition and noticed screws missing for dropside mechanism. Contacted customer service on 8th Aug to request purchase of spares, received a response early on 9th Aug advising price and next steps. Today, 11th Aug, received the replacements screws via 1st class postage. Super impressed with the support and service provided. Thank you!!!
