I don't see the point in mentioning it because they are high-quality products and brands on the market, when in fact there are replicas, but something cheap from China...not to mention the delay in delivery

I ordered an iPad for my daughters birthday on the 4th of June, paid £12 to have it deliver by the 7th which was her birthday, IPad didn’t arrive by the 7th emailed them and rang them couldn’t get through as they keep putting me through to leave a message which I did.. didn’t get back to me till Monday 10th. 3 days after my daughters birthday. They then told me the iPad I ordered was OUT OF STOCK!!! So they sold me something they didn’t have and took £12 to deliver it knowing they never had it in stock.. I was then told they would be sending a different iPad instead, it’s now the 11th of June, still no iPad and still cannot get through to speak to anyone as they keep putting my calls to voicemail… DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LEFT VERY DISSAPOINTED.. they sell on Wowcher

"It took ages to be delivered"

It took ages to be delivered, the screen shows signs of vapour damage , i.e. bubbles. There was no manual and it is not compatible with my printer.

Please think twice about using this company you have been warned. Bought an iPad via WOWCHER from these people, the iOS was well out of date rendering the iPad as useless, these people are scammers, I think that they are working closely with WOWCHER in this scam.
I eventually got my money back, minus the return postage. Please do not use these people and certainly not WOWCHER.

Ordered a refurbished apple watch through wowcher, the watch was out of stock after being told it was being sent, was told I had to wait 6 working days for it to be cancelled, to then be told it hadn't been cancelled and I'm still waiting on my money back, can't speak to a manager just a really unhelpful person called Bethany! Still trying to get my money back since the 27th of May! Stay clear do not buy from this company they are awful! Was told if I wanted to complaint Bethany would be dealing with it anyways, so unprofessional,

Ordered a refurbished Apple Watch despite some negative reviews on Trustpilot. Received the watch in good time and all has been good with it so far.

After a bad start, all has come good in the end.
I purchased a Wowcher for a Mac Book Air on 24th May with a delivery date of May 29th and a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number.
When things didn’t appear to be progressing, I emailed the company and spoke to the lovely Bethany. She confirmed that a) she wasn’t a robot and b) she didn’t work Bank Holidays. Armed with this useful information , I attempted to press her about when I could expect my laptop. Bethany gave me three scenarios. Firstly she said the laptop had been posted and would arrive on the 5th May. Slightly confused, as if was now the 28th May, I tried again. She then said it had been posted on the 5th May and would arrive on the 8th May. After further careful prompting, she finally came up with a posting date of the 5th June , two weeks after I ordered it and a delivery date of no later than the 8th June. Thinking of my well being, she helpfully ended by saying it could arrive before the 8th June .
This is the situation so far.
Update: the item has been delivered ahead of schedule. All seems fine . One or two bumps but for the price, they’re acceptable.
I’ve updated the stats but, I still think the company need to send Bethany on a customer care course and I also think they could be a little more truthful with their advertising. Delivery was advertised as the 29th. A 48hr tracking number was generated yet they said, when prompted, that their delivery takes 5-7 days from ordering.
