"Awful customer service "

I was sent an iPad Air 2, used it for half an hour and it was very slow and crashed a lot. I returned and asked for refund and they sent me the same iPad back which delayed my refund process for two weeks if not more. They take it upon themselves to return items back when they are not wanted. Bethany the "head" of customer service is one of the worst customer service advisors I've ever encountered unfortunately. I'm surprised this company has got as many stars it has! Avoid, there are many other second hand electronics stores to use, this one is a no go!

Really wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing. Customer service is zero, and Bethany, who claims to be head of the customer service division, is about as much use a chocolate teapot.

After going back and forth since December about a faulty watch I have given up. I have been promised a delivery service refund but I’m not holding my breath. Terrible company and I would give zero stars if I could.
