UPDATE: Finally received a refund after contacting my bank.
UPDATE: still have not received my refund, even though i have been told on 2 different occasions by Bethany that my refund has been processed. Going to contact my bank today.....................
Bought a iPhone from these. They sent the wrong colour and the phone got extremely hot and people couldn't hear me. Returned the phone next day signed for. I still have not received a refund even though they have had the phone since the beginning of January. Was informed my refund would be in yesterday. Still no refund. Emailed them again and was told they would chase it up in the next 1-2 working days. That's now bringing it into another week. AVOID THIS COMPANY.!!!!

Scam, they are fraudsters company.
Of you return item, you never get money back.
Its been more then a month and they didnt give me my money back.
Lier and fraud. Wowcher and this company should be closed asap !

Was abit worried after I placed my order as I seen a lot of bad reviews. However, despite the delivery taking over a week and it costing £10 to deliver the watch arrived in great condition and the customer service was great.

Absolute shambles! AVOID!

Ordered a refurbished Apple Watch gen 5 for my partner. Paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive.

When it eventually arrived, it looked like something from a scrap heap. I was shocked to open the watch and discover discoloured metal, scratches & scuffs allover the screen, all in all in extremely poor condition - I would never dream of reselling something in this state. I expected a second hand item to look like a second hand item, not something that had been binned.

There was no apology for the late delivery fee, customer services advised they could send out an alternative but could not ‘guarantee’ a watch in any better condition (says it all about their standards) it’s safe to say I politely declined.

I returned the watch the next day and paid £8 next day delivery. We are going into week 3 and I still have NO REFUND.

I will be going down the legal route. AVOID.

The laptop arrived late and Has a crack on the keyboard as well as a long scratch on the screen. I know it's second hand but for the price I paid could of added an extra few £s and got a new one.

Arrived early which was a bonus. Had a few problems at first when recording with the video turning green at points but once WiFi unit was set closer to the ring I've not had any more problems so far. As it refurbish it looks brand new and properly packaged
