"Damaged apple watch received"

I ordered a refurbished apple watch for my daughter's Christmas. I initially received an email advising that the watch I ordered was out of stock and therefore there would be a delay. I was happy to accept this and waited approximately 2 weeks. When the order hadn't arrived I contacted the company, who were very fast at responding, and they advised they had received stock and the order would be shipped by the end of the week. Whilst waiting I received an email to advise there was no stock and that I would be upgraded from the original 38mm I ordered to a 42mm if I accepted. I responded to advise I would and was advised the order would be shipped by 6pm. A week passed with no delivery so I contacted again to be advised that the order was being despatched by the end of that week. As the time passed I was becoming increasingly anxious as it was getting closer to Christmas. I finally received a tracking number and the item was delivered on Friday 22nd December. When I opened the package I was hugely disappointed to see the condition of the watch that had been delivered. The black face of the watch was hanging loose from the case of the face, it was not in any fit state to give as a gift for Christmas. It has since been returned and I am awaiting a refund.

"Absolutely terrible experience"

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought an Apple watch via a Wowcher offer. It said it would come in time for my daughter's birthday but a week later I got an email saying they didn't have the one I ordered in stock but could send me a different colour. I said I didn't want the product any longer and they said they would give me a refund. 2 weeks later I had not received any refund. I spent a week getting fobbed off via WhatsApp which is the only way to communicate with them. Then out of nowhere the watch arrived and they said I couldn't get a refund without returning the product. There were no returns instructions in the box! I had to do special delivery (£8) to get it back to them and 10+ days on I have still not received the refund. So disappointed. Awful!

Took a long time to fulfil the order as didn’t have enough of the correct watches. Ended up sending a 4 instead of a 3 which wasn’t compatible with sims phone so had to swap my pristine 3 for his 4 which was heavily scratched (not quite what I expected for an A grade watch).

Got my iPad through wowcher from here ordered mini they didn’t have so sent air the button sticks and the screen is of bad quality and you can’t update the ios I tried to return it and I was told I was out of the warranty but it came late as there stock issues so waste of time really
