Awful company, sent broken laptop, sent back and was told would be refunded for postage and refund of the laptop, refunded for neither. Scam.

Received product which was refurbished and apparently in ‘good condition’.. the item was meant to be white, but was red all over where the white had came away. It was locked to an electronics account so I couldn’t access the laptop. The mouse also DIDNT work!! Would not recommend at all!

Bought an AirPod through wowcher, it was a complicated process where they took my money and didn’t actually process the purchase till I redeemed the code. Did that and paid an unexpected £10 delivery fee.. I receive the product and it doesn’t work properly? I had no source of contact so though a third party was able to communicate and wanted a refund. But this isn’t possible apparently as I went beyond the 30 days . (It took like 20 days to just receive the product and actually find a method to communicate . Forgot to mention that the product was delivery a MONTH later AFTER I communicated the delivery situation. That’s when they decided to put it out for delivery. Now I’ve returned the product and they’ve told me no refund due to the late return, ironic when it took them a month to send the product and a few weeks just to communicate for me to return it. This is a scam and I’ve seen other reviews now. I love how wowcher have hidden the sellers details at first because we’ve been scammed and couldn’t do anything about it. Awful. Now I have a bad feeling I won’t even receive the AirPods back repaired, and basically donated them £70 for nothing

Purchased throw wowcher like I've been scammed..

First of all the site is really complicated to work out. When you've finally paid for your item your told to redeem a code within a few weeks, then when you finally figure out how to redeem the code I was charged even more for the delivery after I'd already paid?

The watch was described as refurbished. So I was expecting used, maybe a few light scuffs, boy was I wrong.

The watch arrived in a small box with barely any protection no strap or charger, the watch it's self is heavily damaged and not even working won't even turn on or show the needs charging logo.

I've never felt so scammed in my life, I've tried getting in touch with them, no answers at all. Don't buy from this scam site. Luckily I paid with PayPal and I've immediately put a stop to the payment.

Don’t use this company at all costs. Horrendous.
Don’t purchase via Wowcher.
Product not worked since purchase, returned 6 or so times to be constantly fobbed off. Had to pay return postage each time.
Advised I wanted a replacement product and they sent me a watch that had a scratched face so bad you couldn’t see the screen. They won’t do anything now as it’s out of warranty… when I’ve been disputing for the year of the warranty.
Appalling to say the least. Please avoid!!!

I bought a refurbished HP Chromebook from Renew Electronics but wish I had looked at the reviews first. I expected there to be some cosmetic marks on the product but not as many as there were and also certainly did not expect to find a scratch on the screen. Cannot understand why Wowcher are allowing this company to sell product on the site with the many poor reviews they have. Would also criticise Wowcher for their very poor comms when contacted about this
