"Very Poor Customer Service"

Ordered an apple watch for my son and paid for next day (Express) shipping at an extra cost of £12.99. (this was done through wowcher)

When it hadnt arrived by the 8th, i contacted them to ask what was happening they advised it was not even dispatched yet and that it would be dispatched by 9th.

I raised a complaint which was as good as a fart in a spacesuit as their customer service is amongst the worst i have ever encountered.

* no apology thorughout the whole email chain, including when i called them out on such a fact
* as a customer service manager I know the power of social media and reviews - and know that responding to them, especially negative ones, is a powerful customer service tool - when this was mentioned they came back with an excuse about a backlog from Christmas (which had already been taken into account - there were negative replies from July and August)
* only when pushed did they offer to refund a measly £3 as a goodwill gesture to drop my shipping from express to standard delivery

I have seen other reviews about the quality of product so will update my review if and when i actually receive the product and also if i actually receive my refund which is something else other reviewers have also commented that they have been having issues with.

I have told the company i reserve the right to pursue this further with Wowcher (and will also consider also pursuing through paypal / credit card company)

This is a company that uk online governing body should look into. I bought Apple Watch and the keep posting me for delivery more than a week now. Haven’t exceeded the scheduled delivery time they keep saying same thing since last week. They even removed the initial Royal Mail delivery tracking.

I ordered headphones and they weren't delivered after 6 weeks still no delivery, contacted company and they aren't doing much to progress the investigation or proceed further. Investigation has been just over a month now. Never issued refund or replacement so I've lost out on quite abit of money

"This is probably the worst on line…"

This is probably the worst on line experience ever. My order for a reconditioned apple watch was a total mess. Firstly out of stock, chose another, given delivery dates nothing ever arrived, constant e mails and promises made and never kept.After 3 weeks ordered another product from Amazon arrived in one day. Eventually delivered after 1 month, after requesting many times I no longer wanted the product. Returned on delivery with receipt from the Post office. There was no phone number to ring, in my humble opinion this company " Not fit for purpose "

"Terrible"

Terrible ! Bought a watch for my son for Christmas. Paid £9 for postage for 48 hr delivery. Two weeks later still no parcel. After contacting the company I was told it had been handed over to Royal Mail. It hadn’t ! I asked again when it was coming and kept being told it had been sent. I was given a tracking number that showed nothing. 10 emails later and now 2 days before Christmas it arrived under another tracking number. I was repeatedly told a load of nonsense and only after I wrote an honest review on here and told the company I would be contacting my bank about a fraudulent purchase did I suddenly receive the watch that was due 2 and half weeks ago.

"Ring doorbell not charging 😡"

I ordered a ring doorbell. The doorbell was delivered on time and as expected. Upon unpacking and going to set the doorbell up I found that it wouldn’t charge correctly or hold any sort of charge. I’ve then had to return the device and still awaiting a replacement sending back or a refund.

Delivery of this product was speedy and exact to information sent over through email & text.
The product itself was packaged well and secure and looked like new very pleased.

You buy, then you wait, & wait, & wait some more.
Item was advertised as delivered in 5 working days, when in reality their delivery is within 14 working days, which means they despatch on the 14th day.
Absolutely shocking way to do business.
