Misinformation sold a useless product don’t use on Wowcher. We were sold an iPad which will not download apps due to it being out of date! How this can be sold on to use is an absolute joke when it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. They should be made to refund the item or at the very least replace the one with one that actually works effectively! We offered to pay the difference and they’ve e basically fobbed us off. I’m now having to go through other routes to try get my daughters xmas present sorted. Do not use Wowcher or this company to get electronic items especially.

ReviewElectronics is one to avoid. I ordered a ring doorbell on express delivery - charged at £12.99. The estimated delivery date was 'on or before the 21st'. The item did not arrive as advertised and paid for. If I'd have known it was going to be snail mail, I would've just used normal 2nd/1st class delivery.

The customer service team are next level rude and have zero customer service skills. Compassionate helpful resolve is not their forte. They took an argumentative dismissive tone with myself. They would benefit from basic customer service training.

When the product finally arrived after having paid £12.99 for express delivery; the product was scratched all over and faulty. I had to send it back.

At a total cost of £62 this is one to avoid at all costs with £12.99 lost on express delivery, it's not worth the hassle.

"Credit where credits due!!!!!!"

I bought a voucher from wowcher for a laptop and paid £12.99 for express delivery. Then like a div I decided to look at their reviews and boy some of them were bad. So I thought either this isn't going to arrive or it's gonna be broken when it does.
But credit where credit is due, it arrived on time and the laptop was in brilliant condition and fully working.
I'm extremely happy. Best £80 I've ever spent. Thankyou Renew Electronics. 🙂

"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service. I had to email today regarding an order i placed and paid for express delivery. Bethany who I dealt with was rude and in the end took to ignoring emails.
I placed the order, paid £12.99 for express delivery. Placed the order on Sunday 17th December so the 2-3 working days should have been up today. When the order was placed - it stated that delivery would be on or before the 19th.
When I asked about this, they admitted they didn’t start processing the order until today.
All I asked for was them to refund the delivery fee and they have point blank refused.
