In fact my request could not have been any clearer yet someone at your end still managed not have the sense to see.
I had to source part needed myself which occurred more expense.

Last week Josh reached out and apologised, offering a gesture of good will of £20 plus the £9.45 I’m owed in return postage from 16th December. Next, Bethany is back in touch saying the amount of almost £30 will be sent to my paypal (usually would take 20 seconds, right?). Well it’s been 10 days and I’m still being fobbed off 😂😂
How is this company actually still in business with customer service like this. The ipad i have ended up keeping doesn’t keep charge and it’s just tat. There was no point sending it back to get further messed around and blatantly lied to by incompetent staff!!!

"I would give no starts… absolute…"

I would give no starts… absolute Robbery… I had ordered an iPad for Christmas and as of January 24 I am still to receive the iPad. I asked for a refund as it had not arrived in due time, they claim Royal Mail are doing investigation.. I feel swindled as I’ve been emailing the company asking for up dates. And so on still no proper response…. I really didn’t want to get my solicitor on such a small matter but after reading all these reviews. I see I’m not the only one and the company should be held accountable.

"Apple Watch - Awful Quality/No Refund"

Hopefully people check reviews before purchasing with this company.

Customer service in terms of getting a response etc is ok but the products are horrific.

I ordered an Apple watch as a present, it was meant to be refurbished to a good standard (I was expecting a few scratches etc) but the whole watch was discoloured from paint work that has come off. The screen was scratched all over.

It was agreed the watch was in a bad state, I waited several weeks for the model to come into stock in the end they sent me a 'newer model' due to the wait.

This arrives and run out of charge within 4 hours, I go on the battery health and there's a battery faulty.

The company are now refusing to refund me as the warranty on the original purchase date has expired and want me to spend £10 on sending it back to them so they can look into the battery issue which was present when they sent the watch.

I explained my rights and entitlements to a full refund however they just keep referring to the warranty.

Trying to take it up with Wowcher directly but will see if I get anywhere.

In short they may come across cheap but beware the product quality is horrific.

Absolute cowboys. Avoid like the plague.
Ordered 2 Apple Watches in November as Xmas presents. Hasn’t been sent out by 20th December. Cancelled order and requested refund, orders were then sent out after I had cancelled arrived after Xmas. I had to pay again to return them and have only just received a refund. Their ‘customer service’ manager Bethany fobbed me off almost daily. Wowcher themselves have been little use and I’ve still had to go back to them as they credited my account rather than returning to my bank. Would give negative stars if possible. I wonder if it’s their business plan to just keep customers money as long as possible to bolster their own account.

"Unsellable item"

Item received was completely unsellable. Was a refurbished mac book. Im not sure what part they refurbished because it was in a absolute state. And now i have sent the item back well over two weeks ago and no refund has yet been given. My advice is stay clear

"Disgusted …"

I purchased a watch via Wowcher and it arrived quickly, however was not what I wanted and I returned immediately and asked for a refund. The company acknowledged receipt and then sent me a replacement which I never asked for. I spent another £12 to return the item that I never asked for and many emails back and forth again and again asking for a refund, I was given 3 different dates as to when I would receive the refund, 2 months later they direct me to Wowcher where I have a £99 Wowcher voucher and no refund. This company should not be allowed to trade, I am disgusted in the service which now results in a voucher and not my money back. My order was cancelled within Wowchers 14 days where I would receive a refund to my bank, but this company spun this out to make that now not possible. Do not touch this company

I bought two ipad 2 for my children Grade A but you send two ipads that is not working.Surely for a grade A it should be still charging.I am disgusted as i bought this for my 2 little girls but its not charging at all.
