The e-bike (Orbea Vibe) arrived without having gone through a PDI (despite waiting 3 weeks for it to be delivered from stock). This meant it arrived without a charger, saddle, pedals, manuals, brakes on the wrong side (European style) and one brake needed bleeding so had to go to local bike shop for work. After a week of chasing, the missing components arrived and I have now been able to ride it. Stuart at the help desk was very helpful in resolving the problems and offered some compensation for which I was very grateful.

I had it in a couple days, everything was as expected.
