Hi very good service said the delivery would be 14 days it was with me in 4 days . All set up apart from fitting pedals and adjusting handle bars very easy . Charged battery then up and away. The gazelle bike is fantastic . I am awaiting replacement knee surgery and the walk through frame is brilliant . Well done to all the team at velorution 👍👍👍

Whilst we might be tempted to make internet-shopping decisions in price, I think customer service is much more important. I placed an order that the shipper apparently lost. They sent out tracking details but the package was lost somewhere in the system. Stuart in Customer Service called me, explained the issue and fixed it: he put another item in the post, via a different shipper and I received it within 48 hours - no qualms that I might receive two items and abscond - "we'll address that later..." he said. The day after I received the item, he followed up with email to confirm receipt. I'll be shopping Velorution again and again and again..... Thank you.

They ignore emails and lie about shipping times on their website. Helmet is great, but Thousand helmets are great and I could have bought it from anywhere, and and received a lot quicker! Slightly annoyed with myself that I didn’t just buy direct from Thousand.
