Order a bell from the website…says takes up to 5 working days delivery it says…after 5 days no item nor message or update from them until I sent one regarding my item…did get a reply that they were extremely busy…still not good enough excuse…at least they should update me regardless rather than me thinking what happened to my order. Only 3 stars for me.

Easy to order, and order arrived very quickly. Only one thing I would say is that I wanted to buy 4 items, so I picked them from the website and put them in my basket. Only when I went to check-out did I note that only 3 items were available. Better to have an 'out of stock' message before selecting the item.

"Wrong item sent out"
Wrong item sent out. I rang up straight, on line store number is a waste of time so rang one of the stores. They gave me a different number to ring. Got through guy was helpful enough. Said they would send correct item out once they received wrong item back from me. I have sent item back via with post office as instructed. I have had no communication on wether the item has arrived back at store I can for see having a nightmare getting this issue resolved as there online customers service is terrible. I’m sure if they get order correct their service is excellent. It’s the times when mistakes are made when you have to step up and show real customer service.
