"Service client désastreux"

Service client désastreux, je n'ai pas reçu ma commande, Sweet Pants refuse de me rembourser depuis 2 mois et demi au motif que la poste indique que le colis a été livré, ce qui n'est pas le cas. J'ai fait toutes les démarches que le service client m'a demandé de faire depuis que j'ai déclaré l'incident il y a 1 mois et demi et maintenant la personne responsable refuse de prendre mes appels. Je suis pourtant une cliente de la marque depuis des années, mais dès qu'il y a un problème les clients sont traités avec mépris chez Sweet Pants. Je n'ai jamais été recontacté après mes appels, il faut que j'appelle sans cesse pour savoir où en est ma réclamation. Le comportement du service client est inacceptable.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but the customer service in this web-shop has been non-existing. They do not answer emails or take the telephone. The link to the contact-email do not work. Emails are rejected. I did not receive an order confirmation. And I did not receive the parcel, though they immediately withdraw money from my account. I informed them many time - also within their 7-days-cancel-policy, that I would like to make changes or cancel the order, but I heard nothing from them. Two weeks later I received the parcel. They do not help with any return shipment. I can not recommend to buy from this web-shop.
