EyeZy is the same app as MSpy. Same solution, same functionality. Both charge my creditcard several times, with different amounts, without any use or order from me. There is no way to contact them without paying for another service.

This is fraud and the solution is not what they say.

I had bought a membership with Eyezy under the impression (a) It’s that easy (b) You get all these great features with just iCloud credentials and (c) there was 24 seven customer service and affordable price plans. Which none of this is true not until after I paid for the premium plan. Did I find out you only get four or five features which were not of importance to me. Unless I broke my phone. Otherwise, I would have to get the family plan which is 600 some dollars per year and that is the only way to buy that one and then that is when you get all kinds of features. and the 24/7 customer service is not 24/. It is actually business hours, but outside of these hours you can leave your name and email address in a message. There’s no live person to speak to. When I was chatting mind you several days later after I paid for my membership was I told I only get a few features unless I got the family plan and I was informed these are the only two plans I had my iCloud credentials and advertising stated that’s all I would need. When I was informing the guy, I wanted to end my membership due to all the fake advertising and false hopes he proceeded three more times to tell me how great this family plan was. It’s like they get you hooked on the cheaper plan just to rule you in for the $600 plan I feel like I was scammed, do not use this software/business.

I purchased a plan. specifically because it was marketed for snapchat monitoring, paid an additional significant fee for them to install/set up everything, and then was advised after that for snapchat monitoring it was an additional $480 AUD. This was in addition to their software not being installable because it was faulty, and their phone based apps not working.

This product is not only useless but the process is long, annoying, and the whole marketing is a scam to get you to pay significant fees on a promise for something more (which I dont even know would work)

Customer n. 9580457: It's a SCAM.I followed exactly the"detailed guidelines" read on the web site and saw on the tutorial. I did the procedures several time but never worked.
It took lots of time and several requests to have any answer from the support and They NEVER GAVE ME ANY TECHNICAL SOLUTION but They only asked me "Pay $65.87 more to upgrade the support".
25 days passed sinced I started to try to install the software and more then 20 mails.... and They never gave me any technical solution but They asked me more money for the assistance or They suggest to switch the target device (from an Iphone to an Android but I do not have!). It's a SCAM. E' una truffa, evitateli
