Matthew Stone provided amazing support! I was having such a hard time but when Matthew assisted me, he guided me through all the steps and got me connected quickly. He was patient too. At no point did I feel rushed and he answered my many extra "what if" questions with grace. I appreciate that Matthew Stone stayed on the chat with me even after install to make sure I was able to get onto the dashboard to confirm all was connected correctly.

Their customer service sucks. When they tried to help me to fix an issue i had in hand when some features wasn't working, the agent tried to intervened & 'help out', cut story short, it became unusable and the agent quickly disappeared after that, close the chat tab and i wasn't able to contact any of them, i clicked back on the chat box, the page told me to 'leave a message? What the...?.
No matter what i said or what i do, even when i already follow their agents instructions, they still blame it on the devices, anti virus (when there isn't any), internet connection & etc. It doesn't matter how hard i push to get my money back, they refused. They have a refund policy but they don't honour it.
Emailing back and forth with their billing apartment has been frustrating & infuriating. Don't get this, find something else and always be prepared not to get your money back. I wasn't prepared for that hence I tried to push for a refund, hoping they would honour their customer's rights, they never do. I lost usd $381 for something useless.

IT'S A SCAM!! The app doesn't work, and then they make up all kinds of excuses not to honor their refund policy. Even if you follow all their instructions to a T, they still won't issue a refund. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!
Edit: Look at Eyezy's reply! That's exactly what they do, they tell you to communicate with Tech Support just to delay having to deny you the refund!! SCAMMERS!!
