This company straight up lied to me. I asked there customer service before I signed up that I needed access to two telegram accounts without personal access to the devices. They assured me this wasn't a problem. I then asked if a full refund would be provided if access to the accounts wasn't provided which they said yes a refund would be provided as long as it was within the 14 day trial period. They direct you to Detectico which I entered the phone numbers and no information was available. I reached out to them and requested the refund and now they said it went against there policies. Also know that you can't talk to a customer service person live on line once you join but have to go thru there online ticket submittal. These guys are horrible. Stay away from them. I am sure they will post to reach out directly to there customer service. I am posting this so other know what kind of people they are.
EDIT - They are still screwing around with giving me back my money. They will tell you anything just to get your money and then screw you over when you ask for it back when there service doesn't work.
Final Edit - After reaching out to my CC company and insisting on being refunded, they finally issued the refund. Anyone looking at this or any other company selling services like this, please be careful. I got lucky but only because I was persistence in my efforts on getting my money back.

I am highly disappointed! I am not getting all the info like was advertised. Text messages are showing from long ago (some from years back) and not receiving anything that makes sense or is useful other than location. Followed instructions and added all permissions so I did my part. Customer service is a joke. Have to send an email then wait for a response which is vague. Do NOT buy this
