Anscheinend will man hier nur den Profit, auch der Support scheint hier sehr stur zu sein und nicht lösungsorientiert.

Attention, site à éviter absolument !

Je tiens à partager mon expérience extrêmement décevante avec le site Eyezy. Ce site m'a facturé 72€ sans mon autorisation, ce qui est clairement une pratique d'escroquerie. J'ai contacté leur service client, mais aucune réponse satisfaisante n’a été apportée à ma demande. Je me sens totalement arnaqué et je déconseille vivement ce site à quiconque. Soyez vigilant et évitez de vous faire avoir comme moi. Je vais signaler cet incident aux autorités compétentes, car il s'agit clairement d'une arnaque.

Don’t trust Eyezy, the sales people on their chat are scammers who make crap up. I was told that if I purchased the ultra family package, it would come with functionality “x”, but as soon as I installed the software (also a scam they try to charge you for the 2nd+ devices) they said no “x” wouldn’t work. I’ve been fighting with billing for weeks they almost never respond and when they do they send me useless troubleshooting links. Oh, and I was told I could get a money back refund if unhappy but so far have not been able to get one. I’ll take this post down if they ever honor their word on a refund…

Don’t think by them responding that that have good service either. I’m 28 emails in between them and every email from them is the same… “you could read the product capabilities so we cannot offer you a refund…”. Their company has zero integrity and will never return your money

When Eyezy responded and say that they can help you solve the refund issues or when you resolve whatever people complained on this Eyezy. Don’t believe it because they will insist on the refund policy which is 14 days - And yet in a matter of few seconds canceling and asking to be refunded they won’t do it ! So , DO NOT Believe this site !
