Still no move movement on a refund. Reading their refund policy it says a refund can be given in the event they are unable to fix technical issues. They can’t fix being able to personalise a text message sent from Detectico which was promised during the sale.

Eyezy, thanks for your response. I will join the live chat to send a written statement from Detectico saying they do not offer the personalised texts service. I have already sent this evidence to you several times.
