Ordered, and immediately had an error code, of which in order to get the app installed I was told to HIRE the IT dept ( additional fee) I emailed the company several times, and got the run around. Was charged and received nothing. WASTE OF TIME>

Do not buy this!!!! I'm so grateful that I used a virtual card to buy this and set a limit, because as soon as I asked for a refund, they immediately tried to run the same card with multiple other amounts that got lower and lower as they tried to succeed. I immediately disputed with my bank. Also, do not believe the customer service reply below. I did contact them and all they do is give you the run around. They will not give me a refund. Their iCloud sync service is broken, it keeps requiring the other person to provide their 6 digit code. Do not buy!!!!
