"So much is Pathetic Services going wrong and I don't…"

I use to recommend people to Supersonic, I have never been so dissappointed, First of all We chose the airfibre only to find that airfibre is a disappointment especially when clouds gather and is about to rain, airfibre shuts down completely l, then we asked Supersonic to change from Airfibre to Fibre then we were were later informed that we owe Supersonic for cancelling the connection, what we did was not cancel the connection we only asked for better or even excellent connection regardless of the weather, Supersonic came to collect their products and then later on claimed that they did not, I did send communication to the management and nothing done with the matter, highly disappointed, So much is going wrong the issue started back in 2022 to date. Management is none available to attend to the problem. You would call every day without getting through to people who are dealing with issues in all the departments especially billing including technicalsupportto some extend. You wouldn't know why are they taking decades to decide on the matter that is of their own doing.

"Pathetic ISP service"

The service is pathetic of this ISP if I had the option of negative star i would have rated them -5 star. They don't resolve issues till the time customer is crying for help. I suffering from these people's bad service. Please don't not take this service ever.

"Thieves"

I was billed THREE times last month. Supersonic refuses to refund the extra two months' payments, AND they disconnected the internet today, AND (wait for it) they want me to pay again to be reconnected. Meanwhile, I have lost 3 days of wages- and there will be no refund for that. In what universe is this ok?

"Absolutely pathetic service and policies"

Please be careful and read the terms & conditions. Absolutely pathetic service and policies. Trying to get hold of their support team or cancellations team is a nightmare. The cancellation policy is one of the 1st that I have seen sins LTE and Fibre were introduced. Normally the router will remain your property after 12/24 months or it is replaced by the ISP should it be faulty, however, not in the case of Super Sonic. Should your router become faulty or you which to cancel the service, even if you are sitting with a device that is 5 years old, you’ll be billed around R2500 for a device that is only a few hundred or nothing worth. Read the Terms & Conditions before the time and note, they do not mention the cost of the router. PS, you may not even buy a new identical router and ship it to them. This would have cost you around R1500 brand new.

No service. Internet always down. No responsibility taken and everyone blocks their profiles so you can't get hold of anyone. Credits are never processed.

"New Supersonic installation"

We applied over the long weekend and there was a slight delay in installation, but I'm very happy with the assistance with Moeti Manoto in explaining the delay and helping us to finalize our installation and getting us connected. They do everything they can to give one a proper Supersonic experience and I'm very happy I chose this service provider

"Excellent Service"

I have experienced the most fast and efficient service from Annari at Supersonic

I applied for relocation service at the end of September, my request was late as I submitted it a day before moving. My request was handled by Annari to was so quick to respond and was able on the day to confirm the package and service available in my new area.

She communicated with me right through and scheduled my appointment at a time that was convenient for me, which I really appreciated.

The service technician was there earlier than promised and set me up within 15min. He was very professional and accommodating of my family's needs.

I want to appreciate the Supersonic team for putting my needs first and meeting all of them.

"I don’t even want to give one star"

I don’t even want to give one star! Absolutely appalling customer service.
Made us wait WEEKS to get up and running- well don’t stress Supersonic we’re going with a different company and will pass on the poor review to anyone looking to install fibre in their homes.
