"Wouldn’t buy from them again after this experience sadly. "

I ordered a calendars and a personalised mug.

The calendars were unarguably great and arrived before Christmas as per the delivery I paid for.

The mug however… was not delivered before Christmas despot paying postage for it to come beforehand. In addition the quality of the mug is pretty poor. They’ve cut part of the writing off which was most definitely in the template frame. I’d have been able to forget about it had customer services actually replaced the item with one that was correct but sadly not the case. Won’t even reply to emails now I’ve mentioned something wrong with the order. But got replies from two members of staff regarding shipping. Now emails won’t even send to them so pretty sure they’ve blocked me.

So based on this- I wouldn’t order from them again. The three stars is because the calendars didn’t disappoint, but the service and experience wasn’t great in every other way.

"Horrendous company"

This company are an absolute joke! I ordered two hardback Photobooks for Christmas. I paid a premium for extra pages as well. This company is not cheap. When the books arrived, one of them was hard back but damaged beyond repair, And the other was not hard back and had absolutely no images on. This was before Christmas and I gave them plenty of time to change the order. I sat on hold on their phone for Well, over an hour in total and no one picked up. I emailed two mailboxes a number of times and no one replied. I then went to Instagram, where someone was giving me generic replies but never resolved the issue. In the end, I had two unusable books which were very expensive and too ruined at Christmas presents. What a complete joke of a company!!!! I Never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is utterly shocking

"spese di spedizione"

Ho acquistato un voucher per 5 calendari A3 le cui spese di spedizione erano pari a 13 euro in totale.
Adesso perfezionando l'ordine le spese risultano decisamente più elevate essendo pari a 39,95€, superiori persino a quanto indicato attualmente sulle tariffe di spedizione che, per un calendario a Parete A3, sono 5.49 €, e comunque sempre inferiori a quanto effettivamente addebitano.
Avevo scritto email per chiarimenti ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

"Christmas cards"

I ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 17 and it is now Jan. 9 and I still have not received them.
It is now Jan. 11, I finally received a tracking that my cards should be delivered on Jan. 14. That is almost 1 month to make Christmas cards!

"FRAUDE / SCAM"

Segundo comentario que pongo.
Cantidad de asistencia ofrecida 0.
Cantidad de correos electrónicos falsos que me han facilitado, unos 8.

ME han multiplicado tantísimo el pedido de unos calendarios que me han cobrado más de 120€
Aún por encima, veo que están respondiendo a otras personas por este medio y a mí no.
Si el día 14 no tengo novedades, mi banco va a poner una reclamación.
PARA QUE LOS AFECTADOS LO SEPAN: Como esta gente no tienen vergüenza y no parece que la vayan a conocer, os animo que habléis con vuestro banco y le comentéis lo sucedido para que os retengan el cobro de esta gentuza y si a los 10 días estos estafadores no te dan una solución, el banco pone una reclamación por estafa.
Una puede que no llegue a ningún sitio pero ya te digo yo a ti que, si cada uno avisáramos al banco, esta gente se cagaba.

PARA LOS DE "PINTERPRIX": La persona que está llevando mi caso ha descubierto un par de cositas sobre los servidores en los que tenéis montados las webs.

I wouldn't even give this outrageous, so called company 1 star!
I paid extra for delivery, to arrive on time for Christmas, I ordered on the 14th December, I still do not have my item, and they won't reply to any of my emails. So are withholding my item and money! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS CLOWN OF A COMPANY!

Ordine effettuato in data 9/12/2024 mai arrivato, contatto l’assistenza per informazioni e non ho mai ricevuto risposta dopo 1 mese. Del mio ordine non c’è traccia peró il pagamento è stato effettuato. Il mio numero dell’ordine è : 13767432. Non comprate da questa azienda.

"Still don’t have it. "

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. By time I get these calendars, January will be over, so there’s a month I will not use on the purchase I made. I tried calling but waited over an hour on hold before I gave up. Emailed and they sent a tracking number. I don’t know why I ordered something in the US and it is being made and sent from the UK. Seems silly to me that the website would have at least told me that was happening. So disappointed in the entire process. Christmas gift will now be a valentines gift?
