Wir haben einen kleinen Konvektor gekauft. Schnelle Lieferung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, weil am Gerät kleine Beschädigungen waren.
Trotzdem funktionsfähig und uns haben die Mängel nicht gestört.

UK buyers beware, nowhere during the purchase process does their website mention the additional import duties you will be charged by UPS. In my case that amounted to an additional £47.83 on top of the £175 purchase price. Only when you receive the order confirmation does it mention that additional import duties will be charged, but even then it does not indicate the amount ! Lets hope the product is worth it !

Unfortunately just like many of the other recent reviews I’d wish I’d read them before ordering.

Order placed on 21st November (appearing to be shipped locally from the UK)

Order is shipped and tracking updated… order is being shipped from Germany

3rd December order arrives with outstanding import duties to be paid…(no noticed of this during ordering process)

Device performance is not as stated.

Returned requested 9th December - prepaid label agreed but sent to the wrong email

11th December label resent to the correct email

Parcel shipped back

6th January… No updates so I contacted support to which I was told they can not reply from their inbox… how ironic…

They provided another email to contact which immediately bounced

I then used the contact form on the website asking for an update

I was told the device had been received 7th December and was being passed onto their finance department

15th January I chased again as no refund as been received

Response “ It is impossible for me to say on which day it will be done.
However, you should receive your payment back, soon.”

I am here now on the evening of the 2st January after Paypal has very kindly closed my dispute as the goods were received over 30 days ago…

I now have no heater and £150 less in my account.

Please do not risk ordering from these crooks.

Reklamationsbearbeitung seeeehhhhr schlecht!!
Ich habe ein Heizgerät gekauft. Im Paket fehlten Schrauben zur Befestigung der Standfüße. Ich habe eine Nachlieferung 3 mal seit Dezember angemahnt. Bisher keine Reaktion.
